4 Day Notice:
Service Order Forms shall be submitted 4 Days (or more) prior to the moving date. Although we can accommodate “last minute” moves with less notice, an additional fee of $20.00 will apply. Sunday or Holiday moves will be approved only with prior contact. Please call to see if Sunday or Holidays are available in your area. Sunday moves require a $20.00 Sunday fee and Holiday moves are at “time and a half” rates.Rate Overview:
2 Workers/Movers (Network Service Providers) for $199.00 covers the first 2 hours. $60.00 for each additional hour.
2 Workers/Movers (Network Service Providers) for $259.00 covers the first 3 hours. $60.00 for each additional hour.
3 Workers/Movers (Network Service Providers) for $289.00 covers the first 2 hours. $90.00 for each additional hour.
3 Workers/Movers (Network Service Providers) for $379.00 covers the first 3 hours. $90.00 for each additional hour.
4 Workers/Movers (Network Service Providers) for $369.00 covers the first 2 hours. $120.00 for each additional hour.
4 Workers/Movers (Network Service Providers) for $489.00 covers the first 3 hours. $120.00 for each additional hour.
There is no cancellation fee, prior to our confirmation of your move date. Confirmation is within hours of placing your order. Once you are confirmed, your date is scheduled and secured. Cancellations made will incur a $60 cancellation fee.
Change in Service.
There is no charge to change your service date twice, provided you give us at least 72 hours notice of the need to change the date. Additional changes or less than 72 hours notice will incur a $20.00 change fee.
Refunds: Shall occur within 3 days, starting with the cancellation date.Moving
Labor Services (Workers/Movers):
Contracted Workers/Movers (Network Service Providers) shall provide Loading and or Unloading services for our customers/clients. Service requests must be within a 10 mile radius of our starting point within our covered Metropolitan Service Areas for no additional fees. Beyond this area, a travel fee may be charged. You will be consulted if a travel fee is involved. If your service area is questionable, please call. Items over 200 pounds may not be moved by a 2-man team. The Customer shall be responsible for providing the proper equipment and or supplies (Truck, Pod, Trailer, Dollies, Boxes, Pads, Tie Down Straps, Rope, Etc.) needed to facilitate the move. We typically bring a furniture dolly or hand truck. Moving equipment and or supplies are generally available from the Rental Truck facility. The customer shall be liable for providing and driving all moving vehicles.
The Company shall only be liable for damage to items which are “Dropped” by the Workers/Movers. No other damage claims will be awarded and or processed. Coverage is limited to standard valuation based on $0.60 per pound. Pressed-board, particle board and/or compressed wood furniture is excluded from any coverage because of the nature of the material. Please note, that most Home Owners or Renters Insurance Policies cover Damage to Items, Objects, and Appliances while being relocated by the Owner of said items, objects, and appliances via rental moving trucks. A Customer’s request to hire labor to help load a truck, trailer, pod, etc. is just that…..Hiring Labor. The Customer will not hold Easy Moving Labor liable for damages incurred during the transportation of customer’s household goods as the company has no control over what happens while you are transporting/driving. After completion of the load and before final payment, the customer will have a chance to make sure their items were loaded to their satisfaction. After the final payment is made, Easy Moving Labor will not be held liable.
